Be careful on this dealer as they not allow you to change your mind once you paid your deposit.Change my mind within one hour of paying deposits by they said I am not allow to change my mind and there will be no refund for the deposit.Ask if I could change to different car but they just just said no other car and I got to have the one I paid the deposit for.The boss (Peter) even cut off my phone when I try to explain to him.Cant see why they wont let me change as I didnt even take the car yet, told them within and hour as would like different model of Audi A4.Then they refuse for the refund of my 500.So the customers after sale service is zero star.

Peter, is a gem of a man went out of his way to pick me up from the train station, made me feel extremely welcome but not in a Fause way - looking for a sale. Car was straight up exactly as discribed and sorted everything out for me without any stress...if everyone was like this bloke we would live in a much better world ! Many thanks
Excellent car dealership. Very friendly and helpful. Most significantly in terms of my experience, there was a minor issue discovered after I bought the car. A challenge like this is a true test of a car showroom and BCS rose to the occasion and fixed it, leaving me in no doubt this is an excellent, honourable company.
