Not the best of experiences unfortunately....On the initial visit we spent a good couple hours going over exactly what was required only to end up with something completely different to what we were after being an extremely bland design lacking any uniqueness.We found the lady quite rude and pushy despite having told her there is no rush on the kitchen as our extension doesnt start until June they kept calling! Not best pleased.We did also feel the Kitchens came across pretty average and majorly over priced compared to what we had been quoted elsewhere.....Overall a disappointing experience sorry.
Outstanding customer service, I went into there showroom and the service i received was great.They booked us in with a designer and did all the hard work for us, nothing was a problem for them. Great installation team , friendly showroom staff. They are a affective team that are all passionate about their work. Thank you so much for my kitchen , I will definitely be coming back for my extension and bedroom.
I came with nice, clear sketch/drawing I done. Lady from upstairs even didn't looked at it and told me they can't help. Went to another Kitchen company in Billericay town, had conversation they took my sketch, gave rough price range. Had kitchen installed and spent 14000. Is that how you care about your business?

I don't know how to feel about this place. Everything seemed fine, but the gentleman in the showroom seemed very well rehearsed. He seemed a nice person but it felt like he was luring me as opposed to being genuine. Very odd....
