Nothing wrong with dry cleaning and friendly enough service. I've had a couple of items taken up and, knowing it is done off site, can't complain. I would say the adjustments done to my trousers weren't of the absolute highest quality but reasonable for the price paid.
I am currently in talks with the Management at Exclusive Dry Cleaning about 3 REISS jackets that were ruined after having the arms taken up (the items are literally unwearable). I am expecting a reasonable response as I have been using this dry cleaners for 4 years. We have 80 people in my office at Darwin Recruitment currently and a large number of these people use this particular dry cleaners on a weekly basis, I am confident that our loyalty will last pending a fair settlement. I will keep you all updated!
AVOID !!!!!!!!Worst dry cleaners ever!!! They ripped my dress, lost buttons and lost a gem. They pretend as if nothing happen and when I confronted them about it they said nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they would get him to call.... he never did and I had to keep calling!!! Still waiting to hear back!!Dry cleaners have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
