Fab service from start to finish with my new commercial lease. Sanders Witherspoon kept their cool despite difficulties presented by the landlord's solicitor and were very thorough, picking apart the lease trying to achieve the best deal they could for me, their client. They are personable and a nice team to boot, and were the most affordable legal counsel I could find. I would recommend.
I asked Sanders Witherspoon to help me with a really urgent contract which had to be negotiated with an extremely pompous solicitor and business owner. They never entered into the games the other party played and stayed professional and remained working in my best interests throughout whilst retaining their dignity, and not entering into the arrogance and "I know more about the law" attitude adopted by the third party solicitors. I heartily recommend them as they kept me sane. They are genuine solicitors, working in their customers interests. This was a first for me during my long history in dealing with all the solicitors that I have had to engage with over my many years in business.
