Just popped into the off licence and just stumbled across the best customer service I have ever encountered. The gentleman was so helpful and even said he would deliver wine until 2am, he did say that he couldnt accept card payments for delivery but I could pop in after when convenient and pay!! I have not been In a proper off licence for years and the smell took me back to when I was younger with my granddad. I hope the people of Billericay really support this local business. Great little discovery tonight. Wish all shops was this helpful.
