Great pizza, really good. I collected so can't comment on delivery times.
Absolutely outrageous. Been a keen tops pizza fab. But recently ordering online delivery the pizza has been over quoted a time and yet is lateand waiting over and hour for pizza. Compared to all local companies this is a joke. Happend numerous times within the past couple of weeks. Billericay has Papa Jones. Dominoes and pizza hut and all the years I have never had to wait over an hour on Thursday evening. Disgraceful. Will not use again .
Ordered a 11.50 order on just eat, on a Sunday evening. Restaurant says they close at 12am which they do, ordered it At 10:30pm.. ASAP they cancelled. I hope the owner/manager sees this review, because the lazy staff obviously couldnt be bothered to deliver my order seeing as it was 11.50 and Im not a priority, thats what it feels like.. absolutely disgusted with them. They let me know at 11:30pm! and Ive eaten nothing all day and Im absolutly starving. Nice one.. Im a first time customer, so well done tops pizza Billericay.. you suck
In the times where we all have to protect our homes from people who want to break in & steal your property. This bunch of brainless people walk up to your front door & throw leaflets on the ground as they are too lazy to put them through your letterbox. So when you are away on holiday or away from home they are effectively telling everyone you are not in.Its against the law to litter, so next time Tops Pizza does this to me I will take all my litter & tip in their shop doorway .Life is hard enough for me as I am disabled so picking up Tops Pizza litter isn't something I want to do.Complete idiots & stupid at best.Shoot me if I ever buy a Tops Pizza in Essex
Got my pizza right but I ordered a XL thin Base, got a large and a small deep pan of the correct pizza. Would have been nice if they had called to let me know stock had run out. Too much selection on website took ages to decide
