Absolutely waste of time. Went twice to collect parcel. Once wasn't found the second time was closed at 8am. On the door big label "Opening hours Monday to Sunday 7am - 10pm. Avoid at all.
Don't accept parcel force parcels if they are bigger than a shoebox despite advertising as a drop off point. I have a suspicion the person behind the till was just too lazy to process it.
Was nice now deteriorated and I agree its a contender for the worst Post Office in the world. Nice when the new owners took over, refurbished the shop vastly improved. But the shop doesnt sell the brands that I buy generally so I only use the Post Office part.It all changed one morning when I took a pre-paid parcel in, the guy didnt know how to deal with it and told me to come back later when the owners were there. This was really inconvenient that day and I told him if he wasnt qualified he shouldnt be at the Post Office counter.After that it all got a bit 'iffy'. Later the new owner refused to accept a pre-paid parcel without the printed off form. I know this wasnt necessary as I queried this at Billericay Post Office. But he wasnt having it, I had to go home and print off the form and I believe this was because I questioned his part timer before.Today I had to take a Postal Order in to be cashed and he made a real scene of it. Demanded proof of identity even though it wasnt crossed, spent a good 3 or 4 minutes typing stuff in, then he examined the Postal Order for forgery by holding it up to the light, this went on for a good 5 minutes while an orderly queue formed behind me.If your going to shop there do as your told and dont question anything. Preferably dont go there.
Specific drove here to post a parcel on a Sunday as the Web site claimed it was and is open today (Sunday).Got there and found shutters down and definitely closed. Complete waste of my time.
Slow service. Working personnel have no customer service skills what so ever. Not IT literate that makes service even slower. Lack of english language.Short of staff. Worst post office on earth. Waste of customers valuable time. I personally do not recommend.
