I used the storage facility at Make Space, Billericay for 11 months and had occasion to call in there many times during that period. I have to say that the three members of staff were never anything other than friendly, helpful and a credit to the company. I am rather sorry that my storage unit is now empty and I have no need to go there again. I would certain recommend this facility.
There is a chap who works here, I think he is the manager, who is just plain rude. I was shown around here and any question that I asked to this rude individual was met with a short, sharp answer. When I asked about the broadband (for office space) I was told, rather bluntly, that I had to sort it out myself. He is just dismissive and arrogant and not fit to be in a public facing role. When I said 'goodbye' was completely ignored. Did not fancy having to deal with his attitude on a daily basis so will not be renting any office space from them
Stored some stuff temporarily and safely on a 12 week deal but price is too much after that so took it all out. If storage prices were better more people might use them over wasting a spare bedroom. But having an extra guest bedroom isn't worth loosing 100+ a month.
