The worst experience ever, do not come here!!!Waited almost 45 mins to receive our food once it came it was cold, asked for sauces had to ask the waitress 3 times before it came, which took another 20 mins!!! Upon leaving they had a power cut the whole place went dark waited 15 mins for the lights to come back on in the mean time staff are still serving food in the dark whilst they tell us this happened last week too ( what a joke) when we complained to staff about lack of service they were so unhelpful and rude & said it was fine that we choose not too come back! How unprofessional!!!
I found them good 2 start with. Then they messed up my nails tried to say it was what I asked for. The manager was rude and not apologetic. Then they tried to charge me for their mistake. Plus I don't think they should talk over you in there language rude.
I just moved to the area 6 months ago and am so happy to have found this great nail salon! I have my nails done by Roxy and she is absolutely fabulous and the rest of the girls are all super welcoming and friendly . I would highly recommend it !
I have been going to the silk lounge for years on and off, lily is great. I booked an appointment for today at 11.45am, to arrive and be told they had put it in for next week... could I then come back at 12.30pm, which I did, then waited another 25 minutes sitting there to realise I would then get a car parking ticket... in the time it took me to try and find another place to park, walking in and out of the rain, I had to return to the same car park to realise I would get a ticket fine so then had to try and sort that... then they called me asking me to come back in another ten minutes... what a royal waste of my time! So two hours in total later, a parking ticket, wet hair, waiting and no nails done!! Great!! Organisation is really poor and it has really upset me...
A couple years ago I went into the silk lounge to get my eyebrows done before a party, they didn't have the basic equipment and managed to wax of the tail part of my eyebrow leaving a square of no hair, little apology as the lady said 'don't worry it's only a little bit' but it was a lot of hair missing thankfully I didn't pay for it!!!
