kev took on my vehicle to fix so i left it with him, week after week he still had not fixed it, excuse after excuse as to why not. after over 2 months of waiting i went down there to find my vehicle not even there, he had taken it and parked it on a roadside for anyone to vandalise. confronted him regarding this, he said bring it back in and i will do the work that needed doing, i then had to get my non working vehicle back to his yard by myself. then he promised to do it, another month later and he still had not even started work on my vehicle then by giving an excuse of he did not have the right tool (timing belt lock tool), i then bought the tool myself out of my own pocket and gave it to him with promises from him it will be done that week, 2 weeks later he still had not bothered to do the job and when i went down there he stated he now did not have time to do the job he promised 4 months ago. broken promises after broken promises, excuse after excuse, failure to keep my vehicle safe, failure to bother fixing my vehicle. extremely unprofessional. not the way to run a buisness, if people wish to take their vehicles to kev then i do suggest not to believe what he promises and also to make sure he has not left your vehicle at the side of a billericay road. SHAMEFULL.

Disgusting service, have brought my car to Kevin 3 times now giving him the benfit of the doubt and each time he's lied about how long it will take, been with out my car this time for 9 weeks!! 9 weeks!? How does it take a professional mechanic 9 weeks to fix a minor thing on a vechile? Business needs shutting down as absolutely useless , ignore all phone calls , there rude and lie to you constantly! AVOID AVOID AVOID
