Been going to this branch for years as I've generally found people who work there very helpful and "on the ball" . However on this occasion things seemed to be different!! Found person I was seen by came across to me as very casual. Kept calling me buddy as if I was his mate and heard him speak to others same way. That said there was no one waiting so I was dealt quite quickly (That too is unusual as I've found busy before). While I was waiting for my car to be completed a customer and delivery person called and both were kept waiting ages.
