Just spoke to a lovely lady Jackie regarding employer and public liability insurance for my two businesses. Although, Jackie did come across new and had to put me on hold 5 times to ask someone questions, she was friendly and patient. When I got transferred to Amy to discuss the content insurance, she was so not customer service minded at all and did not represent the business well. She asked same questions as Jackie, spoke to me as if she could not care less whether I signed up with them or not, her attitude was awful and not somebody who I would use to insure my businesses. She was rude, ignorant and totally wasted Jackie's and my time especially. I was on the phone to them for 45 mins, until I just hanged up because I couldn't bare listening to Amy anymore. From her attitude, I could tell she a young girl, obviously not passionate about her job and not very service minded. Sad because I was really keen on getting my businesses in all areas (Public Liability, Employers and Content) insured as soon as possible but obviously not with them now. I would suggest the manager/owner to playback the last 10 mins of my conversation with Amy and ask themselves if they would use Morgan Richardson to insure their business. Definitely not having her to be talking to business owners. She could have been the one to close the deal as they had my attention for 45 minutes.. but if anything, put me off so much I had to hang up. I am sure Morgan Richardson is a good company, they just need to train their employees and assess whether they are suitable for the role and if they should be speaking to Directors in this manner.. I hope the managers get it sorted and put more emphasis on who they put the front of their business.
