Nice Park, nice little cafe and free parking. Shame some people don't clear up after their dogs though! Filthy scum.
Lovely park big lake nice to walk around... playground for the little ones with a massive wizard and dragon wood sculpture...100% recommended
Great park in Billericay with plenty of things to do including a children's play park, cafe (mainly in summer months), large lake, tennis courts, exercise equipment etc. Very popular place for dog walkers (mostly not on leads). Lots of wildlife around, especially on the lake. Plus parking too if you drive there (chargeable at times but pretty cheap). Plenty of green space generally so never feels that busy. Definitely worth a visit.
Billericay Round Table Fireworks. Best firework display in the area. Tickets are online, buy early for best discounts. Always get there early if you want to park near by, but expect to wait a while to get out at the end. Varied food stalls, prices as festival prices but good quality. Martin and Sue from Heart Essex Radio provide the entertainment, great singers, local talent and tribute acts. There are 2 displays, one low noise first, then the main display. Both stunning. The main display lasts at least 25 mins, just when you think there cannot be any more fireworks lighting up the sky, a whole lot more go off! Brilliant!
