Do not use them !!! David Tupper who is the Head of Property Management is a liar, emailed me and told me my deposit was realised and would be back into my account within 3 to 5 days, 9 days later still not returned and when I called them to check where it was I was told no paper work had been filled out and account team didnt know anything about my deposit !!! Will never use them again and will spread the word around so no one else is taken for a ride like I was !!!!
Not a great company to deal with - where do I start with this company. First of all l highly recommend not using them. Firstly I emailed them with regards to my deposit (which I am owed in full) over 2 weeks ago. I still have had no response. I have called numerous times with this matter, which is yet to be resolved. This matter has been ongoing for nearly 5 weeks. I have been accused of things which they have no actual evidence of. Im absolutely disgusted with all of this. It has pro-longed me getting another property as i am low on the money for a new deposit. I want my matter resolved. It is your due care and duty to reply a complaint within a reasonable time. I want MY money! And a response to my complaint. I will most defiantly be taking this further as I definitely have a case. If not resolved and prioritized as a matter of urgency! Paul Sanders
