We eventually moved in November 2018 after a near 1 year struggle in and on/off chain. It was a challenging and stressful year but the service fromGrace and Rose was consistently professional, friendly and supportive. We had initially asked them to help us with letting a property before our house move began so we had already found them to have a very down to earth but professional high standard in how they managed their business and clients. The helped wherever they could and went over and above regular levels of assistance a number of times. We would come back to Grace and Rose if we ever moved again or needed help with lettings.
Bought my flat from Grace and Rose. Mostly dealt with Dean who was polite and very helpful and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. They have a nice online tool so you can see all the comments and progress of the sale. A good Estate Agent like these do take a lot of stress of the purchase and house move from you. Would have no issue recommending them to other purchases and sellers.
