Very disappointed with the appointments system now. Rang at 11.00 a.m and after being on hold for 10 minutes the receptionist answered and I tried to arrange an appointment as quickly as possible because of severe back pain. I was told that there were appointments available for tomorrow morning but I would have to ring back tomorrow morning to try to get one. They could not book an appointment for me now even though I was on the phone now! This is a ridiculous system and utterly useless. What happens if I am beaten to all of the appointments when I call tomorrow. Very disappointed with the way things are going at this practice!
I have always managed to get an appointment within a few days of calling. The doctors are nice. The waiting room is very cramped but building works are going on so hopefully that will improve.
