Im 21 weeks pregnant, Ive being trying to get an appoinment for 3 days now, i have the screenshot on my phone of the amount of times I have called the Surgery 32 times on Monday, 5 yesterday and 11 today, today I finally got someone to pick it up at 8:07 but apparently they only had 1 appoinment left at 10am, and the surgery opens at 8 so I dont know how they managed to get all the appoinment booked in 7 mins. Is always so hard to get an appoinment, I live on top of the GP , but I work in the morning so I cant really go there to get a appoinment at 8am. But once I was trying to ring them and no answer so I went to reception and left my phone in my pocket ringing, and both receptionist was just there talking and ignoring the phone calls .

Have been at this surgery for over twenty years and have always found it to be friendly and helpful . The online services are easy to use and very efficient and I have never experienced any problems either when visiting the surgery personally or using their website.
